Pool what the trade knows

Every safety manager rebuilds, alone, the trackers, the routines and the shortcuts someone else already got working. SafeAlly exists to stop that: share what works, so that compliance costs the least effort and buys the most real safety.

Who it is for, and who it comes from

The HSE manager of a mid-sized company or an industrial site. Often alone, or in a very small team, across one location or ten.

Bound to an obligation of result — the hazard assessment, the certifications, the protective equipment, the mandatory training — with a spreadsheet, a shared folder, calendar reminders and paper binders to hold all of it together.

And, almost always, a method of their own: a well-built file, a fifteen-minute Monday ritual, a way to get near misses reported without a form. That is exactly what this site is here to collect and hand back to the trade.

What we believe

Three convictions we will not trade away

  • Nobody should start from scratch

The same certification tracker has been rebuilt thousands of times, in thousands of companies, by people who never got to compare notes. Pooling that work is the fastest win the profession has available.

  • The field refuses friction

Every requirement for evidence has to be paid in seconds, not minutes. A safety process the crew quietly stops following is worse than no process at all, because it still looks like it is working. We only publish what survives that constraint.

  • Nothing is published without a source and a date

Every statement here that carries regulatory weight is sourced and dated, or written as a practice rather than an opinion. We are not a law firm, and a site that reads like one does its readers harm.

Guard-rails

What SafeAlly is not

  • Not a software pitch

This site is not here to sell you a subscription. The guides, the tools and the templates are free, need no account, and stay that way.

  • Not a consultancy

Nothing here replaces the safety professional, or the advice of a qualified one. These are field practices, not prescriptions.

  • Not a regulatory authority

We summarise, and we link to the primary text. Where the answer depends on your sector, your headcount or your site, we say so instead of guessing.

Where we are

Early, and openly so. The first guides are live, the tools and the templates are coming, and this shared pool will only ever be worth what the trade puts into it. If you have a file that saves your week, a routine that holds, a trick that got you through an audit without pain — write to us. We will put it in shape and publish it for everyone else.
